Senior Business Analyst - Facility

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst – Facility to join our team as a consultant on an exciting client assignment. In this role, you will work on-site at the client’s location as part of a cross-functional team within a transformation office environment. The assignment is embedded in an Agile framework where you will help ensure business continuity and drive improvements in facility management processes. You will operate under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, benefiting from our robust support, diverse project challenges, and commitment to professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders while gaining extensive subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate closely with relevant experts to define the product concept, detailed processes, and conceptual and functional architecture.
• Define the acceptance criteria for opuses and features for which you are responsible.
• Work in close collaboration with the Product Owner and development team during the refinement of features to ensure they consistently have all necessary information.
• Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to increase customer experience, efficiency, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Create and maintain clear, simple, and understandable documentation for consistent execution, incident resolution, and support.
• Periodically review and update documentation to ensure it remains accurate and complies with necessary requirements from control functions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5+ years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of the Agile Way of Working.
• Language Skills: Native French or Dutch with operational knowledge of the other language; fluent in English (working language).
• Technical Skills: Mandatory expertise in MS Office; preferable experience with Archibus (FMIS).
• Business Knowledge: Preferable background in Facility Management.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with conceptual thinking, a structured approach, solution orientation, effective stakeholder management, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, team spirit, openness to change, and the ability to communicate adaptively with diverse audiences.
• Telework: Expectation of 50% on-site presence and 50% remote working.
• Certification & Travel: Certification is not required and travel is not applicable.
