For this position, we anticipate an annual salary range between $51,000 - 54,000. Final employment offers will be dependent upon the selected candidate’s relevant qualifications and experience.
JOB SUMMARY
The Documentation/Modifications Specialist provides support to the Account Managers & Client Relations Representatives at the Equipment Finance Division (EFD) to obtain the information needed to originate, process and close assigned equipment finance agreements & leases in accordance with established bank policies and procedures. This position will primarily interact with new & current EFD customers. Also Responsible for handling & completing customer modification requests, after the contract has been booked.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates the activities involved in the administration of setting up a new lease or equipment finance agreement (EFA) such as sending out legal finance documents, requesting supporting documents and coordinating the disbursement of funds to the dealer.
- Ability to receive and make outgoing and incoming calls to retrieve necessary documentation and verbal confirmations of equipment delivery.
- Demonstrates accuracy in preparing lease/EFA documents & transactions.
- Demonstrates light sales skills to sell the product as needed.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Read & understand lease/EFA payment options for the customer using T-Value.
- Addressing & completing Modification Requests for post close modifications.
- Modification Requests including rewrites, equipment swaps, asset updates, payment restructures, due date changes, customer name changes, and assumptions.
- Collaborating with the sales department to ensure we have accurate information to complete the request.
- Sending complete modification requests to our credit department for analyst reviews.
- Communicating with customers and sending Modification documents to the customer.
- Ensure requests are being completed accurately.
- Working with the Closing & Compliance department to complete the modification.
- Understands the concept of leasing and stays on the cutting edge of current leasing trends by reading materials on leasing, etc.
- Attends and contributes to periodic meetings.
- Maintains a good working relationship with all employees and demonstrates teamwork.
- Maintains a solid understanding of the software programs associated with daily activities such as T-Value, M-Files, SalesForce and Microsoft Office programs particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Develops and strives to attain person goals & team goals.
- Develop and maintain good working knowledge of job responsibilities and procedures.
- Contribute to a favorable team environment and do so in a positive and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
- Literacy in English.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, twist, bend, sit, walk use hands to twist, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, such as computer mouse, computer keyboard, calculator, stapler, telephone, staple puller, etc., reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, talk, or hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
