Your mission
  • Develop, manage and execute implementation plans for a new commodity and supply chain, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers
  • Working closely with our customers to understand their needs and expectations to define a solution to ensure that each implementation is fit for purpose.
  • Engage in establishing consensus and cultivating cooperative connections with both our customers and their suppliers
  • Conduct the mapping of supply chains and validate claims for new products
  • Evaluate the provided data against the essential prerequisites for a designated supply chain
  • Guarantee the punctual and cost-effective execution of projects, promptly identifying and addressing significant delivery risks
  • Understand and communicate key business processes and be able to assess change impact for a given solution
  • Work closely with our product and tech team to translate customer feedback into product features
  • Effectively communicate to our platform team project milestones, deadlines and realities on the ground that affect data coming into the platform
Your profile
  • Business fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
  • Strong alignment with OpenSC’s vision and a desire to have positive impact on the world
  • Proven experience in project management and implementation in supply chain
  • Strong management and communication skills - ideally experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Track record of collaboration with and presenting to senior executives
  • Solid experience of building strong client relationships within large organisations
  • A pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on approach
  • Bring enthusiasm and grit - and the ability to have fun at work
  • Experience in a related industry (supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, certification, sustainability or human rights)
