Job description

This is a remote position.

Hiring for full-time agent, 35 hours a week with 1 hr unpaid break

Schedule 1: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, 7hrs a day, 35hrs a week 
Schedule 2: Saturday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Monday to Wednesday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (can choose off days during the week)

Client Overview: The client provides in-home care, senior care and respite care to any adult in need


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate schedules between the field staff and the whole team
  • Follow up and oversee to ensure all tasks are well coordinated as needed
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat, email or video calls
  • Prepare reports and create presentation templates using Google Slides


Requirements
  • Strong written English and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Reliable and has a high attention to detail
  • Basic Excel proficiency
  • Quick learner
