This is a remote position.
Role: Online Podcast Studio Manager
Job Type: 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Oakland, CA Time (with 1 hour unpaid lunch).
Responsibilities:
1. Platform Management
- Register the studio on relevant online platforms (e.g., directories, booking sites).
- Maintain, update, and optimize studio profiles to ensure maximum visibility and traffic.
- Monitor engagement metrics and make strategic adjustments.
2. Social Media Engagement
- Create and post engaging content about the podcast space on social media platforms to generate leads and build visibility.
- Use tools like Canva to design high-quality visuals and promotional materials.
- Respond to inquiries and interact with followers professionally and promptly.
3. Operational Tasks
- Manage the studio's booking calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling.
- Respond to booking requests and client inquiries efficiently.
- Track daily tasks and progress to ensure operational consistency.
4. Sales & Marketing
- Leverage social media and online platforms to generate leads and boost bookings.
- Apply sales skills to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Engage with clients and prospects to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Daily Task
Monitoring and engaging on platforms where the studio is listed to increase visibility.
Posting content on social media platforms and interacting with followers.
Managing the studio's booking calendar and responding to inquiries.
Generating leads and creating visibility through engaging content.
Degree or experience in creative, design, architecture, marketing, communications, or related fields.
Certifications or courses in social media management or digital marketing are a plus
Proficiency in Canva, ability to manage multiple platforms, and focus on delivering measurable results.
Passionate About Podcasting – While experience in podcasting is not required, familiarity with the industry or related tools is a plus.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with email management and customer service.
