About the Role

We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team, based across Christchurch and Sydney. This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly skilled and collaborative team environment.

You’ll play a key role in developing innovative data products and services for the APAC (Australasia) real estate software industry. If you’re passionate about technology and data and enjoy working in a delivery-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop web and data solutions.
• Maintain and evolve existing software through architectural transformations, upgrades, and bug fixes.
• Collaborate with the team to solution and refine work.
• Maintain quality through collaboration with testers and test automation.
• Produce and analyse big data to design new reporting opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for colleagues, support teams, and clients.
• Innovate in business intelligence platforms and data API services, focusing on data transformation and analytics.
• Work with other development teams and business partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Share expertise and collaborate across our Christchurch and Sydney teams.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex problems and solutions clearly.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality.
• Experience in data transformation and integration tasks.
• Object-oriented (OO) skills and experience with maintaining a highly componentized architecture.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for front-end development in Blazor.
• A passion for working with data analytics and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with financial calculations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a commitment to learn and embrace the current architecture.
• Fresh perspectives to challenge and elevate our solutions.
• Experience in real estate software, financial systems, big data reporting, or related industries is a plus.
