Information Security Specialist

Production support team position to support enterprise wide technical access recertification process. The position has primary responsibility of raising service requests across multiple teams, resolving and responding to customer queries.

Responsibilities:

• Raise service requests for executing data ETL jobs
• Provide end user support and respond to customer queries
• Handle service requests and troubleshoot client issues
• Document and escalate issues to management
• Support processes to ensure SLAs and application availability
• Maintain documentation, operational procedures, user guides and training materials

Skills:

• Knowledge of Infrastructure domain and understanding of access management and provisioning preferred
• Customer Service Experience a must
• Functional knowledge: RSA IGL, ServiceNow, Oracle Developer Tools and proficiency with SQL scripting and Excel macros
• General computer skills including Microsoft tools, email etc.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
• Good verbal & interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in German language preferred
