Job Description:

Join our EMEA Commercial Team to drive impactful solutions in Weather and Climate Intelligence. This role is pivotal in delivering actionable insights that help our German-Speaking clients make informed decisions to manage risks, improve efficiencies, and seize opportunities in the dynamic EMEA market. Collaborate with a passionate team, leveraging DTN’s cutting-edge tools and trusted expertise. 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Open and Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to identify and develop new business opportunities in EMEA. 

  • Driving revenue growth through strategic business development activities and solution selling. 

  • Collaborating across teams to align product offerings with market needs and client goals. 

  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations tailored to diverse industry sectors. 

  • Monitoring market trends and providing insights to refine strategies and offerings. 

  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and KPIs. 

  • Be a DTN advocate throughout; Representing DTN on- and offline to expand network and strengthen market presence. 

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role in technology sales or climate intelligence sectors. 

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Fluency in German and English 

  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales methodologies. 

  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. 

  • Passion for weather and climate intelligence and its applications in various industries.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between €48,000 and €56,875 annually. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
