Company Overview:

Dragonfli Group LLC is a Washington, DC-based consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity and IT services. We support government agencies and large commercial enterprises, offering expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Saviynt IGA Professional to design, implement, and support Saviynt Identity Governance solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in user lifecycle management, provisioning, connector development, and auditing. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient identity management processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for Saviynt IGA solutions.
  • Design, implement, test, and deploy Saviynt IGA applications, workflows, and connectors.
  • Develop and maintain access review certifications and auditing procedures.
  • Follow approved lifecycle methodologies for system development and deployment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, test cases, deployment plans, and support materials.
  • Debug, investigate, and resolve technical issues related to Saviynt implementations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, and the Saviynt vendor to resolve product-related issues.
  • Provide technical expertise in developing proof-of-concept solutions, architecture designs, and best practices.
  • Support and enhance existing Saviynt integrations and implement bug fixes.



Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of industry experience in designing, developing, and deploying Saviynt Identity Management and Governance solutions.
  • Strong domain knowledge in User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation.
  • Experience in Connector Development and Application Onboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with Auditing, Reporting, and User Activity Monitoring.
  • Experience with Access Certification processes.
  • Understanding of cloud security concepts and industry best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data management and reporting.
  • Experience with Web Services (REST, JSON, SCIM, SOAP) and directory services.
  • Proficiency in ITSM ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
  • Experience integrating with HRMS (ADP, Workday), SAP applications (SAP HR, SAP BI, SAP ERP), Active Directory, Azure AD, AWS, and REST APIs (e.g., Ariba, Maximo).
  • Technical communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to present complex solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Saviynt L100 and/or L200 certification.
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) tools.
  • Experience with database applications using JDBC Connector.
  • Familiarity with VMware and HPE OneView is a plus.
