Position Summary:

Responsible for providing project management support of legal recovery operational risk events and external firm audit remediation. Primary focus includes managing and reporting on legal recovery risk events, executing and improving the remediation process, and providing strategic insights and trend analysis on legal recovery operational risk events. Works closely with other internal departments as part of cross-functional stakeholder team.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the life cycle of the legal recovery risk event and audit remediation process
Participates in cross-functional teams to assist in scoping, mitigation, and closure of legal recovery operational risk events
Collaborates in projects related to legal recovery risk events and external firm remediation, such as plans, schedules, and meetings
Develops tracking and reporting for legal recovery senior leadership, stakeholders, and committees
Routinely evaluates the risk remediation process with legal recovery senior leadership for gaps and opportunities for improvements
Maintains a current knowledge of applicable consumer protection laws and regulations, business operations and internal compliance policies and procedures
Acts as a subject matter expert in legal recovery to best assist with decisioning during the risk events process
Creates and maintains documentation including policy, procedure, and process documentation at the direction of legal recovery leadership
Partners with auditors on escalated remediation efforts which includes constant communication and follow-up with Service Providers via telephone and email
Performs other projects or special assignments as required.

Salary Range:

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00
