About the team:
Sabre's Product & Solutions Delivery Team manages programs that support the Global Distribution System (GDS) travel distribution process. They ensure the smooth delivery of solutions that help airlines, travel agencies, and partners connect and operate effectively. The team focuses on delivering reliable and efficient tools to support the travel industry.
What you’ll be doing?
As a Senior Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation, migration, and support of solutions for Sabre’s travel agency customers (leisure, TMCs and OTAs). You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and effective problem-solving for complex challenges. This position requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proactive engagement with customers to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead solution implementation and migration projects for Sabre’s travel agency clients, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
• Conduct discovery, solution design, and requirement-gathering sessions with customers and internal teams.
• Analyze customer booking and operational processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to define and achieve project objectives.
• Drive organizational strategies for customer conversions and retention targets.
• Ensure all technical solutions meet Sabre’s operational standards and client expectations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during and after solution deployment.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in service delivery, project management, or solution implementation in travel technology.
• Prior experience in GDS travel distribution systems, corporate travel booking tool, or travel technology platforms will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, requirement gathering, and process optimization.
• Proficient in project management tools and collaboration software.
