The role in a nutshell:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Treasury Payment Assistant to support the Treasury Team in all aspects of the function taking responsibility for key areas of the process and develop strong relationships across the wider company finance function including the Shared Service Centre, Financial plus Management Accounting and Tax.

How you will make a difference:

• Approving Finance and Treasury payments
• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing daily cash
• Supporting Team and Business Queries and Training
• Submitting Money Market Transactions and maintaining reconciliation
• Reconciling and keeping accurate loan agreements
• Month end reporting and analysis of bank charges
• Reviewing cash balance file
• Assist the Treasury Manager with Group cash forecast
• Assist in maintaining the Group daily bank balance information
• Liaise with internal teams for bank requirements in new markets
• Manage bank mandates
• Documenting Process and Procedures
• Assisting in Project work
• Identifying and implement process improvements in all aspects of the function
• Ensuring good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries for the business as required

• Advanced Excel skills

• TMS experience (desirable)
