As a Senior Marketing Manager for Agribusiness, you will build and execute outbound marketing strategies to generate leads for our products and services. Your role will involve managing various aspects of campaign development, including strategy, content, creative, implementation, and analysis.

Here’s how

  • Develop outbound lead generation campaigns: Build targeted campaigns to fill the top of the funnel. Develop the campaign strategy and manage the execution in partnership with content marketing, event marketing, product marketing and digital promotion primes.
  • Monitor campaign performance: Establish, track and analyze campaign metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and success of marketing efforts. Prepare and present reports to an executive audience.
  • Optimize campaign performance: Define and optimize our strategy for the best mix of channels to connect with target audiences across social, industry/specialized media and industry partners. Use data and market feedback to understand where strategies have fallen short in the past and suggest ways to improve success and drive growth.   • Email channel optimization: Own the email strategy, execution, and optimization for targeted campaigns, content distribution and customer communications. This will include email copy writing in partnership with content marketing, brand, and product marketing primes.
  • Data segmentation: Partner with marketing operations to ensure we have the right target customer data in HubSpot and work with marketing operations to segment, measure and optimize lists. Develop strategies to address gaps in list completeness.
  • Partner with sales leads to adapt campaign strategies and target key accounts with account based marketing tactics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Optimize marketing processes: Partner with marketing operations primes to refine processes for campaign strategy, execution and measurement.
  • Conduct market research: Gather and analyze data to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use these insights to inform campaign strategies.



What you bring to the role

  • Degree in marketing or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience with B2B campaign and content management
  • Strong business acumen with experience carrying out campaign marketing efforts, including strategic planning, market research, project management, and data analysis
  • Creative & strategic thinking: ability to anticipate and respond to changing market needs, and generate innovative and compelling content and campaign concepts to engage the target audience
  • Must be comfortable with autonomy and able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with extreme attention to detail and organization skills
  • A collaborator who can work cross-functionally – role requires substantial relationship management both internal and external to the team
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to create demand and build nurture programs linked to business goals
  • Understanding of campaign planning software and technologies
  • Familiarity with the Agriculture industry considered an asset

Job Information:

Location - State/Remote
Employment Type - Full Time

US Base Salary Range - $108.K - $162. K USD

Bonus/Commissions - Eligible for the Sales Incentive Plan or Eligible for a performance-based bonus
