Job description

NVIDIA has the scale and ability to update the entire AI infrastructure on a One Year Rhythm as we can engineer and optimize across the full stack and the entire infrastructure.

The Customer Program Management Team is looking for a Senior Program Management professional who will be responsible for leading initiatives to sustain high availability and minimize downtime with our major Cloud Service Provider customers and cloud partners.

What you'll be doing:

  • Engage directly with CSPs to design, develop, and deploy tools, processes, and continuous workstreams to minimize any downtime of the GPU cluster deployments

  • Identify and assemble a core team to enhance tools and processes for reliable data collection and analysis to ensure GPU cluster uptime.

  • Leverage AI to learn and prevent downtime for improved user experiences.

  • Provide technical recommendations on server system tools and designs to achieve zero downtime.

  • Build schedules, resolve any blocking issues, and keep the project on track.

  • Ensure the implementation of customer-required features.

  • Achieve timely customer acceptance and production deployment.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align customers and internal teams throughout the program.

  • Share and report project status, challenges, and insights with senior management.

  • Constantly incorporate valuable insights from learnings.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years overall experience; Direct customer engagements with 8+ years of project/program management experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

  • Solid track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale datacenter projects.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization with outstanding leadership skills.

  • Willingness to continue learning new skills and expanding capabilities as NVIDIA ventures into new markets.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience leading direct customer engagements in technical programs for Cloud Service Providers.

  • Hands-on experience in designing and deploying compute servers at scale with ambitious goals and timelines.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple partners distributed across the globe.

The base salary range is 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
