Job Description
  • Independent coordination of Purchasing Controlling activities as key contact for Purchasing and NPM Management, as well as key user for NPM relevant reporting applications
  • Establish and develop all required reporting applications by interacting with internal (e.g. NPM PUR) and external resources (e.g. IT)
  • Define and establish relevant Reporting activities (e.g. PBI Dashboarding) measuring NPM Purchasing performance
  • Support Purchasers and Cluster/ Function manager in their daily work activities by data-based analysis incl. identification and visualization of relevant implications
  • Permanent optimization of existing SAP BW & BI/ BO landscape in order to secure and increase Reporting quality
  • Supporting role in the development and definition of the roadmap of Purchasing Controlling
  • Define and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as relevant Purchasing counterpart to ensure Data Governance for the NPM respective KPIs
  • Ensure a regular and compliant-safe reporting with highest quality standards for A PUR NPM
  • Drive continuous improvement and enhancement of Purchasing Controlling processes as well as material related reporting processes and tools
  • Creation of training concepts and organization and execution of worldwide trainings

Qualifications
  • Academic degree / Master in Business Administration, Economics & Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable qualification
  • Long Term professional experience in Purchasing Controlling, Operations Controlling or comparable in Automotive industry required
  • Deep Controlling and Process know how required (Finance, Purchasing, Profit & Loss)
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining reporting applications for solid reporting structures with focus on continuous improvement, quality insurance and compliance 
  • Profound knowledge of the MS-Office programs (esp. MS Excel)
  • Expert knowledge in SAP (SAP ERP, modules MM and FI/CO, SAP BW)
  • Advanced knowledge in digitalization technologies and analytical tools, e.g. KNIME, SAP AfO
  • Business fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity to figures
  • Innovative capacity, operational readiness and own initiative
  • Intercultural awareness and experience in working with international teams in purchasing, financial and controlling topics
