Now Matching: User Acquisition Manager to join our awesome community. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive revenue and optimize customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a middle-level professional with a proven track record of running successful user acquisition campaigns, leveraging data insights, and scaling marketing efforts efficiently.

Location: Remote in Europe, LATAM.

🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement user acquisition strategies that contribute to company growth and revenue goals.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (organic, paid, referral, etc.).

  • Leverage data analytics and customer insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Identify and test new, cost-effective acquisition tactics that yield measurable results.

  • Optimize the entire customer journey to improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

🧑‍🚀 About You:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in user acquisition or growth marketing.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, frameworks, and best practices.

  • Experience managing performance-based acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Proven success in executing and scaling user acquisition strategies with measurable ROI.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, hypothesis building, and iterative optimization.

  • Familiarity with paid media strategies and tools for digital advertising.

  • Experience working with startups or SaaS companies would be a plus.

  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with regular updates.

  • Fluent English, as work primarily involves US-based clients.

  • Flexibility to work US hours or adjust your schedule to align with the San Francisco timezone.
