We are hiring a Director of Performance with prior experience in growing top and bottom line for DTC/Amazon ecommerce brands. As the lead of the Skylight Frame business, you will report directly to the VP of Growth and be responsible for leading and executing on profitable growth strategies. This is a great role for an entrepreneurial and performance-driven marketer who has a proven track record of growing brands.
Responsibilities:
- Own the DTC and Amazon growth strategy: Identify, experiment, and implement initiatives to boost new customer acquisition. Consistently analyze overall performance to refine campaigns to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with the Amazon team and Ecomm team on sales channel growth on Amazon and DTC, respectively.
- Forecast orders & growth: Work closely with the finance and operations teams to build growth and sales forecasts. Create marketing budgets that tie into our financial goals.
- Build the marketing plan and channel mix: Lead the ongoing management across the marketing mix including (but not limited to) Paid Social, TV/Streaming, Audio, SEM, SEO, Display, Print, Influencers and Affiliate. Collaborate with the CRM lead on the email/sms strategy.
- Own creative output: Support paid and owned channels with new creative (sourced from a mix of the internal creative team and external partners) to develop and optimize creative assets.
- Own the analytics: Ensure all tactics are measurable and own the reporting and analysis of your initiatives. Set, measure and continuously optimize key metrics – CPA/CAC, ROAS, Contribution. Use and refine marketing attribution capabilities including media mix modeling.
- Lead the team: Lead and set the direction for a small team (including contractors and agencies), define OKRs and goals, and guide the team towards achieving them.
Requirements
- 8+ years of growth marketing experience.
- Must have significant e-commerce experience (DTC and Amazon) in a strategic marketing role.
- Background in consumer electronics is a plus.
- Expertise in the following channels: Paid Social, TV, Audio, Print, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Affiliates and Amazon.
- Experience actively managing a full media budget.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related business field.

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $180k-200K based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $180k-200K based on experience.
