The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey? 

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Content Marketing Specialist where you will play a critical role on the Marketing team. 

You will be responsible for content strategy, creation, distribution and optimization.  

The ideal candidate will be experienced and skilled in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting. 

We need someone who is self-motivated as we do have a widespread global team. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Content Strategy 

  • Define and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business goals and that addresses audience needs 

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, coordinating the timing of campaigns, publications, promo assets, and other deliverables 

  • Prioritize and process content update requests and make necessary changes 

  • Complete regular competitor analysis and share findings with the sales and marketing teams   

Content Creation 

  • Own the content creation process from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging  

  • Develop high-quality content including videos (short form / long form), case studies, event collateral, social media posts, ad copy & assets, sales materials, landing pages, website copy, infographics, guides, white papers, research reports, eBooks, blog posts, emails, decks, brochures etc. 

  • Manage creation of content with external agencies where appropriate (e.g., plan/brief, script, support production and oversee editing/revisions)  

  • Collaborate on technical content to meet the needs of finance professionals and align with the customer buyer's journey 

  • Optimize content for engagement, SEO and distribution across multiple platforms 

Content Distribution, Digital Marketing Execution & Performance Optimization 

  • Repurpose and distribute content across multiple channels – website, social media, emails, paid ads and more 

  • Lead external agencies / teams to drive pipeline growth and customer expansion  

  • Develop content for lead-driving campaign initiatives  

  • Analyse content performance and optimize based on insights, driving creative excellence with a/b creative testing, ad rotations, ad rank improvements etc. 

  • Leverage SEO and content marketing best practices to increase organic reach and lead generation 

  • Conduct regular reporting and share content performance with the team
