Role Summary
The role is responsible for ensuring the right organizational design as per the Enterprise Market business strategy to be implemented in the specific market covered. This will include managing performance, labour, people budget, compensation & benefits schemes as well as training & educating senior level leaders on people related activities across the market owned.

- Acting as a Head for the People & Organization (P&O) function with a direct reporting to Enterprise Markets P&O Head.
- Strategic Partner to local leadership team as a secondary degree curriculum of signature authority
- Coordinate and collaborate with global teams like Rewards, Talent and GBS teams to ensure high level of compliance with global P&O Strategy
- Unique opportunity to directly leading people strategies like Talent and Capability, Engagement and Culture, Organization and Systems
Key Tasks on the role
- Be the first point of contact for Country GM for HR and support strategic objectives of the company & owns voice of the employees and leads the conversation about employees, challenging where necessary
- Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices
- Manage performance reviews & design training programs
- Budget Management for company overheads
- Team management responsibility with four direct reports and a total of six ppl
- Simplified people process and practices
Stakeholder Management and key interfaces
- Global HR teams based in Netherlands
- The role directly reports into Enterprise Markets HR Head
- Regional HR Leads
- Local leadership team members as well as line managers in the country
- 3P Labour management including workplace services & factories
- Trade Union relations
Skills and Experience
- 8-12 yrs of HR Experience; past 4-5 yrs of it managerial level preferably in FMCG sector
- Experience of working at a senior HR level in a global complex organization.
- People Management experienced required (3-4 yrs preferred)
- Strong understanding of Employment Law and Labour Management. Trade Union Management, Collective Bargaining Agreement experience is a plus
- Budget Management, HC reporting
- Advanced level understanding of Reward, Payroll, Recruitment / Core HR practices and applied at country level to drive scalable global solutions
- Talent Management: Succession Planning, Capability Building
