We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Supervisor to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product communications and account management, with a strong ability to collaborate with team members and drive projects to completion.
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Support the team in managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic communication plans for product launches and campaigns. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. 
  • Keeps a pulse on industry, client, therapeutic area and competitor news to allow us to be strategic thought partners to senior leaders on the team and our clients.  
  • Utilize VEEVA for managing client data and project workflows. 
  • Take ownership of smaller projects and ensure their timely and successful delivery. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing support. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects. 
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their career development and growth within Spectrum.  
Desired Skills and Qualifications 
  • Experience in product communications and account management.
  • Prior experience with large scale campaigns.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and VEEVA.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
 
The anticipated salary range for this position will be $85,000-$115,000. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications and/or certifications.
Spectrum reserves the right to modify this pay range at any given time.
