About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks efficiently. You will be working remotely and collaborating with various team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform general administrative tasks
Handle email correspondence, draft and proofread documents, and prepare reports as needed.
Manage and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.
Provide support for virtual meetings, including setting up video conferences, managing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
Research locations and keywords for our analytics report.

Who We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in Digital Marketing, PPC, & SEO is preferred
Experience in a digital marketing agency is required

Position: Operations Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST

Salary: USD 800 to USD 1000 per month
