Position Overview:

Were looking for a Roofing Inspection Appointment Setter who thrives on engaging prospects, overcoming objections, and driving appointments for roofing inspections. The ideal candidate is persistent, professional, and highly motivated to improve performance over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Engage leads with confidence, professionalism, and in-depth product knowledge.
• Qualify prospects and schedule roofing inspections.
• Handle objections effectively and educate homeowners on the benefits of a free inspection.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Experience in cold calling or outbound sales.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for improving conversion rates.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Neutral American English accent.
• Roofing industry experience (preferred), or appointment setting experience in solar/home services.
• A self-starter with a "hunter" mentality.
