Job Title: M&A Deal Success Coordinator
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:

They are seeking a highly motivated and organized M&A Deal Success Coordinator to join their growing team! In this role, you'll help guide deals from approval to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. What You'll Do:

  • Client Onboarding: Seamlessly onboard clients, ensuring all documents (e.g., NDAs) are organized.

Example KPI: Onboard 95% of clients within 24 hours of engagement.

  • Closing Preparation: Create closing checklists and review essential deal details.

Example KPI: Complete checklists within 2 business days with 95% accuracy.

  • Lender Liaison: Act as the primary contact with lenders, proactively resolving delays.

Example KPI: Respond to 90% of lender inquiries within 2 business hours.

  • Client Introductions: Lead calls to set expectations and guide clients through the process.

Example KPI: Complete 95% of client introductions within 48 hours of deal approval.

  • Coordinate Closings: Facilitate introductions to lender closers and provide weekly updates.

Example KPI: Send weekly updates to 100% of clients during the closing process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in M&A, finance, or client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of financial and legal documents like NDAs and purchase agreements is a plus.
