Position: Office Coordinator – Employee Experience
Reports to: Corporate & Workplace Experience Manager
Location: Montreal, QC

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and efficient workplace? BESTSELLER CANADA is looking for a proactive and versatile Office Coordinator – Employee Experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in coordinating corporate events, managing employee training logistics, and ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained at the office.

YOUR ROLE
As an Office Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of planning and executing memorable events, facilitating seamless training sessions, and upholding a safe work environment. Your efforts will enhance the employee experience and contribute to the overall success of the team.


YOUR RESPONSABILITIES


Corporate Events Coordination

  • Plan and organize corporate events, including meetings, team-building activities, and seasonal celebrations.
  • Manage event logistics, such as venue bookings, catering, and required materials.
  • Coordinate communication and invitations, ensuring employees are informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative ideas for events that align with company culture.

 

Employee Training Support

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including booking venues, setting up materials, and managing attendance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for trainers and employees regarding training schedules and content.
  • Maintain records of completed training and certifications, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of training resources or follow-up materials.

 

Health & Safety Administration

  • Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations, conducting regular checks and audits.
  • Maintain and update emergency response plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.
  • Coordinate first-aid training and ensure kits and supplies are up to date.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management for any safety concerns or incidents.

 

General Office Support

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations, including supply management and administrative tasks.
  • Support other teams during peak times or special projects as needed.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 years in office coordination, event planning, or health and safety roles.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: You thrive on planning and executing with precision.
  • Creative and adaptable: You enjoy finding new ways to engage employees and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Proactive problem solver: You anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication skills: You are clear, professional, and personable in both written and verbal communication in French and English as you will be working with different type of people, all across Canada.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new tools to manage events and training.
