Microsoft Alliance Manager – Remote with unlimited paid holiday!

Role Overview:
The Microsoft Alliance Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with Microsoft. This role involves developing and executing alliance strategies, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through collaborative initiatives.

What skills and working characteristics should this person have?
  • Proven experience in alliance or partnership management, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft’s products, services, and ecosystem.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth through partnership activities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing complex projects.
  • Desirable: Experience within the Microsoft partner program and existing relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with cross-functional influence.
  • Proficient in project coordination and planning tools.

  • As a Microsoft Alliance Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Forge and execute comprehensive alliance strategies to foster strong collaboration with Microsoft.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft and distributors.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive growth through joint programs, initiatives, and co-selling strategies.
  • Client Satisfaction: Enhance partnerships to deliver superior services and experiences to clients.
  • Joint Go-to-Market Planning: Develop plans leveraging the strengths of both organizations.
  • Product Integration: Ensure alignment between offerings and Microsoft products.
  • Managing Partner Memberships: Ensure compliance and foster strong relationships with Microsoft.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry developments to inform alliance strategy.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing opportunities for team development.
