****This is a 6-month Contract Role with the possibility to extend


Primary Goal: Reporting to and supporting the People Operations Manager, the Corporate Recruiter will implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent across a variety of roles. The Recruiter maintains corporate candidate pipelines while working to develop new ones and manages the full lifecycle of recruiting from Sourcing to Onboarding. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partners with hiring managers to create comprehensive, accurate and marketable job descriptions and identify primary and secondary hiring criteria. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Proactively attracts and identifies qualified top talent through diverse channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals. In some cases this will mean maintaining a pipeline of candidates even if positions are not yet posted or open.
  • Reviews resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and align with the organization's values.
  • Coordinates and conducts phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Promotes the organization’s culture, values, and employee value proposition to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
  • Maintains transparent and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, addressing inquiries, and providing status updates.
  • Facilitates timely, efficient and effective decision making in a repeatable and unbiased manner amongst hiring managers including senior leaders throughout the interview process.
  • Extends job offers to selected candidates and negotiates compensation within department defined parameters to secure top talent.
  • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate sources to assess recruitment effectiveness. Proactively adjusts recruitment plans as needed based on results. Facilitates onboarding activities for new hires including orientation, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Manages key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes, in collaboration with People Ops teams.
  • Utilizes HRIS to create efficiencies and compliance in Recruiting, Onboarding, and Offboarding
  • Maintains Corporate Recruiting Seat in GLOBO’s LinkedIn Accounts and other external job board postings.
  • Facilitates company communications such as birthdays, promotions, and other company announcements.
  • Participates in executing People Operations Initiatives to include wellness activities, compliance requirements, and training opportunities. 
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

Required Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. College-level coursework in business, administration, human resources, logistics, or related or equivalent experience with 1-3 years in administration highly desirable 
  • Minimum 2 years of full cycle Recruiting experience is required
  • Minimum 2 years of HRIS experience required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation tactics.
  • Management of Corporate LinkedIn Account
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States
  • Willingness to submit to any requested background checks
  • Fluent in English

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment: This position operates in a remote environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand up or to sit for up to eight hours or more at a time. The employee must use his/her hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, climb, or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
