Web Deployment Analyst Description:
We're looking for a dynamic individual to drive the implementation, quality, and ongoing maintenance of our innovative agent, client, and partner-facing websites for our directory and fundraising businesses! You'll be at the heart of coordinating information flow between internal and external teams, ensuring our sites are deployed on time and deliver exceptional results across a variety of projects and verticals. Web Deployment Analyst Responsibilities:
- Build phoning scripts for Agents and build out the Partner and Client Offer sites for each campaign
- Set up fields across the various sites to match our Partner’s individual specifications for data collection
- Configure product offerings, including pricing, navigation, and points for sales commission
- Customize scripts and sites with verbiage that builds value and clearly describes our products
- Create custom scripting for Specialty Pub campaigns and Partners
- Oversee the deployment process of new functionality
- Ensure new functionality, applications, and changes are deployed properly and meet Partner expectations by testing thoroughly prior to the start of phoning
- Basic understanding of HTML, SQL, and simple coding
- Have a “big-picture” understanding of our business, products, contact center and telephone sales
- Manage case milestones and adhere to project timelines
- Manage the escalation of reported software issues; resolve, respond to and track reported production issues/errors
- Develop team and end-user documentation for training, education, processes, and new or modified functionality
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with IT and end-users to understand, resolve, and properly document data and user-interface issues
- Communicate changes to campaign scripts and sites to Inside Sales and/or other pertinent individuals and departments
- Display flexibility in availability; be available to make after-production changes to sites, as needed, outside of standard contact center phoning hours
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in: Search engine optimization, tag management, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, structured Query Language (T-SQL preferred), standards-compliant HTML 5, cascading style sheets, website standards-based design and support, web content preparation (especially graphics, text)
- Some experience with client-side scripting (JavaScript and jQuery preferred)
- Experience or familiarity with sales or working in a sales environment
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, MI, MO, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, or VA
- This is a salaried, exempt position
