Job description

 

POSITION SUMMARY:


The Digital Marketing Specialist provides essential support for AbleNet’s digital marketing efforts by managing day-to-day execution tasks, maintaining the company’s online presence, and assisting with campaign operations. This role ensures the smooth execution of website updates, campaign production, and analytics tracking, enabling the marketing team to deliver impactful initiatives efficiently
 


Digital Execution and Website Support
  • Update and create web pages as requested using BigCommerce Theme Builder, HTML, and Elementor Theme on Wordpress.
  • Manage and update product listings on the BigCommerce storefront, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage URL redirects and ensure seamless navigation across updated website content.
  • Oversee file server management, ensuring all digital assets are stored, organized, and easily accessible.
Campaign Execution Support
  • Assist in back-end campaign production, including setting up campaigns in Salesforce.
  • Support email preparation, list segmentation, and survey creation as needed.
Analytics and Reporting Support
  • Set up campaign tracking in Google Analytics, including tagging, tracking URLs, and creating dashboards.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on campaign performance metrics.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., BigCommerce).
  • Familiarity with campaign tools like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot).
  • Understanding of Google Analytics for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS for website updates and basic webpage creation.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop for image editing and content preparation.
  • Understanding of User Experience (UX) design concepts to support website updates and content presentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive problem solver who can work independently and collaboratively.
     
     

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


Education & Experience

 


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience with tools such as: WordPress or similar CMS, BigCommerce or other eCommerce platforms, Salesforce or other CRM systems, Google Analytics and related tagging tools, Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot).
