Position Summary: The Administrative Medical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that employee pre-employment and annual medical packets are complete, in order, and uploaded correctly into an internal database. The position also requires ensuring that medical orders are executed in a timely manner by our partner medical clinics and that results are uploaded. As a liaison between administrative and medical teams, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Some of the duties may include:
- Performs accurate and timely submission of all medical-related documents to appropriate parties
- Maintains medical record confidentiality through proper use of computer passwords, maintenance of secured files in accordance with HIPPA
- Exercises exceptional attention to detail related to medical records and electronic filing
- Participates in process improvement reviews on policies, objectives, and department operations
- Understands contractual vaccine compliance and can review/audit vaccine records
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Following up with partner clinics to retrieve medical documents or results
Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:
- Must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSCN)
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerApps, and Adobe
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in medical documentation and records management

Employees may be required to remain in a stationary position, stand, push, pull, climb, kneel, crawl, balance, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. Employees may be also required to use gear to move items around, including, but not limited to, carts and dollies. Employees may also be occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 49 pounds.
