Job Description

As a Real Estate Outreach Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in fueling the growth of an ambitious real estate investment firm. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend your communication skills with real estate industry knowledge, as you’ll be the first point of contact for potential partners and leads. You’ll utilize various platforms, including BiggerPockets and LinkedIn, to expand the company’s network and generate valuable connections. Your efforts will directly contribute to the firm’s success by identifying investment opportunities and fostering relationships with key industry players. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead daily outreach campaigns, connecting with 10-15 realtors to present investment criteria and schedule follow-up calls
  
• Manage and promptly respond to inquiries from innovative direct mail campaigns via email and text messages
  
• Leverage professional networking platforms like BiggerPockets and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential partners and leads
  
• Take charge of networking event preparations, including managing RSVPs and ensuring high attendee participation
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and property managers through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication
  
• Implement and manage an efficient system for organizing contact information and tracking communication history
  
• Provide comprehensive reports on outreach efforts, including metrics on success rates and potential opportunities
  
• Collaborate closely with the business owner to align outreach strategies with overall company goals
  
• Adapt communication approaches to suit various stakeholders in the real estate industry, ensuring maximum engagement
  

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly
  
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is highly desirable
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in using professional networking platforms and CRM systems
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to exceed targets
  
• Familiarity with task management tools such as Trello or Monday.com is a plus
  
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Keen interest in real estate investing and market trends is a plus
