As the Sr. Director of Product Management for the U.S. and Canadian markets, you will drive strategic planning, oversee product development, and ensure the successful launch and adoption of B2B scoring products. What You’ll Contribute

  • Provide leadership and product expertise throughout the lifecycle of the FICO Score product suite, driving client adoption and market success.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, partners, regulators, and industry analysts to gather insights, prioritize opportunities, and launch innovative solutions.

  • Operationalize product strategy and align with company goals, market trends, and customer needs in partnership with Product Strategy, Product Marketing and P&L leaders.

  • Lead and inspire a team of analytic and technical product managers, ensuring KPI achievement and fostering cross-department collaboration.

  • Monitor industry trends, review competitive analysis, and adapt products to meet evolving customer needs.

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap for the portfolio that balances strategic initiatives with customer demands.

  • Oversee product planning by prioritizing features, defining requirements, and creating comprehensive roadmaps for the product lifecycle.

  • Partner with marketing, development, and sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and pricing.

  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, leveraging case studies and forums like FICO World for engagement.

  • Drive thought leadership through blogs, podcasts, and participation in industry events and conferences.

  • Engage directly with clients to address adoption challenges, refining tools and tactics to ensure success.

What We’re Seeking

  • Extensive expertise in financial services and credit risk management, with deep knowledge of FICO® Scores and their role in the U.S. lending and investment ecosystem.

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles and a proven record of successfully launching and managing products. Experience with launching analytic products a plus.

  • Strong understanding of product management principles, Agile methodologies, and the unique challenges of managing B2B products, including stakeholder management, enterprise customer needs, and managing backlogs.

  • Skilled in building and leading high-performing product teams, supported by measurable business outcomes.

  • Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of business dynamics, aligning product initiatives with broader business objectives.

  • Exceptional client-facing abilities with a history of fostering client success and developing referenceable client relationships.

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills at the leadership level.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights effectively.

  • Experience collaborating across diverse internal and external functional teams.

  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, including waterfall and agile practices, lifecycle management, market research, and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or other product management software

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.

  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel domestically for conferences, leadership meetings, and client/partner engagements.
