Job Description

The Wholesale Production Partner will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to assist partners and loan officers with developing complete loan application files and ensuring all submissions meet quality expectations. The overall goal and intent of this position is to increase the efficiency and quality of the sales team loan pipeline. The Production Partner’s primary role is to ensure a seamless transition of quality application submissions to Operations.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Review all incoming application packages for completeness and compile/organize compliance documents in adherence with federal and LBF guidelines as well as verify all info within LOS. ( Loan Organization System )
  • Check all submitted documentation and ensure that all pages have been signed and filled out appropriately
  • Ensure that each package includes a counselling certificate and any compliant cover letters, all required letters of explanations. File must meet minimum standards to submit to intake
  • Complete credit card authorization form/appraisal waiver – if applicable
  • Receive/send case transfer letters – if applicable
  • Verification and upload of all data/documents in LOS system and imaging system   
  • Review Income/asset documentation and check LOS for accuracy
  • Updates all LOS systems with notes pertaining to the missing documents and communicates with all applicable parties
  • After 20 days of missing credit card/waiver/case transfer letter the Production Partner issues a 10-day letter to the borrower
  • Constantly communicate with borrower and or partner
  • Submit complete files to Intake
  • Make ongoing contact/relationship with Partner and or borrower, in conjunction with the loan officer, to gather documents and submit a complete file to opening
  • This position requires you to complete phone calls to borrowers, partners, loan officers,  vendors and or any other applicable parties to the loan transaction.

 

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years mortgage experience preferred
  • Attention to communication with all applicable parties including but not limited to Sales, Operations, Management and Vendors
  • Computer/phone/document preparation equipment oriented – Must make frequent phone calls.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new software
  • Detail-oriented individual with good organizational ability, not afraid of taking initiative
  • Problem solving, analysis and solution oriented
  • Work as a team player
