What We’re Looking For: 

Reporting to the Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics, the Business Analyst is part of a small, highly motivated team. This role supports the company’s initiatives through creating and delivering competitive analysis, market research, and presentation materials in efforts to maintain and increase the company’s market share and operate more efficiently. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.

  • Streamline data workflows and automate data tasks using your experience with multiple programming languages, ETL tools, and data integration processes.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders.

  • Work closely with colleagues to identify and address operational business needs, providing data-driven solutions.

  • Assist stakeholders with larger-level projects, leveraging your data analysis expertise to contribute to the team's success.

  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to solve complex data-related problems and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging data analytics tools and techniques, actively contributing to your professional growth and the team's success.

Must Have’s: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis, including complex queries, joins, and data transformation.

  • Familiarity with SQL Developer, SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), and Snowflake for database management and development.

  • Strong experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), Python, and multiple programming languages.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, with a preference for Domo, to create compelling and insightful data visualizations.

  • Experience in automating tasks and building data sources to support the creation of data visualizations.

Compensation Range of

Annual Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
