U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Finance Manager (Fed Reporting) (multiple positions) in New York, NY.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support daily production of the FR 2052a data and reporting activities.
- Conduct accurate reporting, assist in the development and implementation of finance and reporting processes, and establish corresponding controls.
- Ensure the generation, reconciliation, and submission of the FR 2052a to different source systems.
- Engage in the transition to Category II requirements and implement controls and processes to meet the rigors of daily FR 2052a submission.
- Ensure the accurate reporting of all metrics derived from the FR 2052a in partnership with the Liquidity Risk Management team and draft consolidated data lineage for enhanced transparency.
- Assist with cash flow forecasting migration project to QRM.
Basic Qualifications:
Position requires a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and 2 years of experience as a Financial Quantitative Analyst, or a related occupation.
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:
Producing liquidity reports (2052a-5G) for Fed submission; Conducting daily/monthly reconciliations and ensuring control procedures are followed in compliance with regulatory requirements; Employing SQL to query financial data from database; Supporting sustainable risk management and compliance programs, including governance and oversight, standards and processes, tools and technology, metrics, and reporting; Analyzing financial and/or accounting environment, and obtaining, processing, and analyzing large data sets; Mitigate key model risks and offer process improvement; and Monitoring and validating data used for regulatory submissions.
Teams may work from home and the office.
