Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining web applications, developing APIs, and supporting integration-related customer inquiries. You will work with technologies such as Python, Node.js, React, and JavaScript and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop & Maintain Applications: Build and enhance internal delivery tools and customer-facing applications, covering both frontend and backend development.
  • API Development & Integration: Design and develop APIs to support internal systems and client integrations.
  • Customer Support: Assist with customer tickets related to API and Web SDK integrations.
  • Technical Documentation: Create technical requirement documents before starting development.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing to ensure the reliability of applications.
  • Daily Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the software delivery team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, CSS
  • Experience in API development and integration
  • Ability to convert Figma designs into functional UI
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control best practices
  • Time management & prioritization: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset: Ability to test scenarios thoroughly before release
  • Eagerness to learn: Openness to working with new technologies and business domains
  • Self-discipline & ownership: Taking responsibility for deliverables and following up on tasks
  • Stress management: Ability to stay composed and focused under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with React and front-end frameworks
  • Interest in mobile development
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud services
  • Experience with C#
