Bei IQVIA spezialisieren wir uns auf die Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Softwarelösungen für den Gesundheitsmarkt. Unser Team entwickelt einzigartige Softwareprodukte und -komponenten, die nahtlos in bestehende Systeme integriert werden können, mit einem Fokus auf Praxisverwaltungssysteme für Notfallpraxen. Wir arbeiten in mehreren agilen Teams an einer Vielzahl technischer und anwendungsbezogener Aufgaben.

Aufgaben:

• Pflege von Abrechnungsstatistiken
• Definition von Datenformaten für die elektronische Abrechnung
• Überwachung der Genauigkeit der medizinischen Abrechnung durch Software-Richtlinien und Genehmigungsverfahren
• Abstimmung mit dem Leiter der Gradient Business Unit
• Leitung eines Teams
• Definition von Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Planung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter

Anforderungen:

Qualifikationen:

• Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich (z.B. Gesundheitsmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Informationstechnologie)
• Zertifikat in Requirements Engineering (z.B. IREB) oder Projektmanagement (z.B. PMP)
• 7 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Gesundheitssektor, vorzugsweise im deutschen Gesundheitssystem
• Gleichwertige Kombination aus Ausbildung, Schulung und Erfahrung
• Fortgeschrittener Abschluss (z.B. Master oder PhD) in einem verwandten Bereich (optional, aber bevorzugt)
• Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Starke analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
• Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
• Erfahrung mit IT-Systemen und Software im Gesundheitswesen
