Your Responsibilities

As a Remote Enrollment Agent, you will:

• Engage with clients remotely to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process, offering expert advice and personalized assistance.
• Address client inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline and optimize enrollment processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and enrollment activities.

What You’ll Bring

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• A self-driven, independent work ethic with effective time management skills.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with computer systems, software, and virtual communication tools.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
