Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented leisure travel concierge to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with booking their dream vacations and ensuring that all travel arrangements are made accurately and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while helping others plan their dream getaways.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel needs and preferences

- Research and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for clients

- Provide recommendations and suggestions for destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budget

- Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions

- Monitor flight schedules and make necessary changes to travel itineraries

- Handle any travel-related issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after a trip

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients

Qualifications:

- High school diploma

- Experience in a customer service or travel-related role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home
