This is a remote position.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
with 1 hour unpaid breaks

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Summit Content and Speaker Operations Assistant to support the Manager of Summit Content and Speaker Operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent English proficiency, strong writing skills, and experience with content creation. This role involves assisting with various aspects of summit planning, from writing speaker bios to updating project management tools and building summit products in our Kajabi LMS.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Manager, Summit Content and Speaker Operations with all content-related tasks.
  • Write compelling speaker bios, photo captions, and preliminary interview questions to ensure consistency in tone and professionalism.
  • Set up and maintain summit spreadsheets and documents for tracking content, speakers, and event logistics.
  • Assist in reviewing and formatting summit transcripts for accuracy and clarity.
  • Regularly update spreadsheets and Monday.com with relevant speaker and content details as requested.
  • Build and upload summit-related products and content in Kajabi LMS, ensuring proper formatting and accessibility.


Requirements
Requirements:
  • Excellent English language proficiency (both written and verbal).
  • Experience in content writing, including bios, interview questions, and professional copywriting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Kajabi LMS and Monday.com (or willingness to learn).
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and other productivity tools.
  • Attention to detail, especially in formatting and structuring written content.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.
