This is a remote position.

Role Name: Healthcare Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part-time, 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 11 am to 4 pm)

Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the linchpin of our client’s daily operations, managing crucial administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly. Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming communications, answering calls with utmost professionalism
  • Orchestrate client appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Expertly navigate the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, uploading and organizing critical documents
  • Process and distribute forms via email and DocuSign, ensuring smooth information flow
  • Maintain impeccable digital file organization, guaranteeing easy access to important documents
  • Act as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners


Requirements
  • Proven track record in professional phone etiquette and customer service excellence
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and appointment management systems
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, with quick learning ability for new platforms
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Sharp problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency with DocuSign, email management, and general office software
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote setting
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic consulting environment
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to healthcare industry standards
