Responsibilities



• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
• Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Implement data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines using Snowflake.
• Optimize and tune Snowflake queries, Data Storage, Warehouse for performance and efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security within the Snowflake environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Snowflake data warehouse.
• Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ YOE Proven experience as a Snowflake Developer with strong knowledge in designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake architecture, features, and best practices.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Expertise in using Snowflake components like Snowpipe, Tasks, Streams, and Dynamic Tables.
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in loading data from various sources and file formats and unloading data from Snowflake.
• Experience working with both batch and streaming data.
• Skills in optimizing Snowflake performance for storage, warehouse, and workloads.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and their integration with Snowflake.
• Experience with design patterns such as Multi-Hop or Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold Layers).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desired 

• Snowflake certifications.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) for data processing.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
