Overview:
The Manager, PMO provides leadership for the business group’s Program/Project Management capabilities. The business is aligning and changing to serve new market segments with an expanded suite of products and capabilities and as such, leads business planning efforts to ensure that necessary projects and workstreams are well-understood, documented, approved and planned in alignment with budgeted and approved business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Leads the development of the Project Manager and Business Analysis practices, including toolkit, template, and reporting management at Maxor.
- Resource manager for the members of the PMO team, in conjunction with the Pharmacy Services support team and IT project teams.
- Participate in development, needs assessment, planning, and work input coordination to bring new solutions and products to operational readiness.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to align cross-functional coordination, structure prioritization, reporting and related demands.
- Support strategy development, analytics and execution of value creation and strategic initiatives and their overall prioritization; bring thought leadership and process-driven approach for ongoing management, problem solving and execution against initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in cross functional project management leadership.
- Core professional experience in strategy, business analysis, process design, application development, business integration, and people management where relevant analytical assessment, effective problem solving, and dynamic communication skills were required.
- Track record of team leadership in growing pharmacy/health care service delivery businesses
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Proven experience in strategic planning
- Proven experience in risk management
- Proven experience in change management
- Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile.
- Proven leadership track record leading transformational changes from innovation through implementation while working collaboratively across a diverse stakeholder population to create sustained value.
- Direct leadership of Project/Program Management teams charged with leading large scale, complex change management in regulated, quality centered businesses.
- Outstanding critical thinking, analytical and quantitative abilities
- Ability to assess and leverage data and feedback to structure complex problem statements and support decision making and action planning
- Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
- Relationship management and leadership experience, including working with cross-functional business partners and senior leadership
- Advanced MS PowerPoint and excel skills, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex subject matter into digestible executive communications
- Open, collaborative, team-oriented operating style
- Unquestioned integrity and ability to properly manage confidential processes and information
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships and influence key stakeholders effectively
