As the Manager, Network Development & Data Integrity – WholeHealth Living, you will gather and analyze data, contribute to the network strategy in support of new market launches and the strengthening of existing markets, and manage relationships and data projects. You will also manage a team to complete regular assessments of data quality, identifying discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies across organization platforms.
You will work closely with the key business stakeholders to assess market and business trends to identify opportunities and risks in the practitioner network, as well as analyze / uncover critical performance trends that drive department and company performance.
Working under guidance of the Executive Director, Practitioner Networks, you will:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure timely and accurate deliverables related to the practitioner network
- Collaborate, develop, and implement strategic plans to achieve department and company goals and drive growth
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on operational matters
- Identify areas for innovation and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain analytical frameworks and methodologies to define the business geographic service areas and analyze network adequacy in support of market launch and maintenance
- Analyze market network needs and develop/implement strategies to meet those needs
- Use data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns
- Use tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
- Partner with our Client Operations team to acquire and manage provider and facility roster data
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators to monitor market and team performance
- Work with large data sets to make recommendations that help drive business decisions
- Engage with Client Relations teams to support sales and ongoing client success
- Problem-solve ad-hoc analytical needs to support various operational and strategic decisions related to developing and managing markets; communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage projects of competing priorities across markets, while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a management role, with a track record of leading successful teams and projects
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- 3+ years of experience working in healthcare analytics preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical-related field - proven professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel
- Experience/proficiency using GeoAccess software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment
The salary range for this opportunity is $77,200 to $105,600 per year. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
