Responsibilities:
Job Summary: Responsible for managing the relationships with implementing partner organizations and public agency partners in specific geographic region(s), supporting multiple implementing partners long-term in delivering YV programs with quality, and achieving sustainable funding in the assigned geography. This position covers jurisdictions across Ohio & Pennsylvania and will require 50% travel to those assigned regions. Duties and responsibilities: - Primary liaison at Youth Villages for all interactions between the implementing partner organization and Youth Villages
- Be the main point of contact for partner and facilitate the support they need from YV team to implement YV programs successfully
- Closely coordinate with Licensed Program Experts, who provide ongoing clinical support and training to implementing partners, and with program implementation specialists, who provide short-term support and training during start-up operations
- Manage the re-certification and program implementation plan process for implementing partners, ensuring high rate of retention of partners
- Coordinate involvement of implementing partner leadership staff in executive and program level network meeting and partner convening
- Lead network calls and support planning and execution of implementing partner convening
- Support high quality implementation of YV programs
- Review key program indicators (e.g., discharge location, census, staffing levels and ratios) with key leadership monthly
- Ensure that areas of low fidelity or where program indicator benchmarks not met are being addressed by implementing provider leadership and provide appropriate level of support
- As necessary, develop a plan to address red flag areas or those with low scores on the annual fidelity review to ensure progress on needed dimensions, seek assistance from other YV staff as needed
- Support growth of YV programs through implementing partners, specifically ensuring census targets are being met and sustainable funding secured
- Support implementing partners in developing and executing strategies for growth and expansion of YV programs and multi-year program implementation
- Have expert level knowledge of the local environment, key influencers, strong providers and current array of services and funding for the target population
- Build relationships with key public, private, legislative, and advocacy stakeholders in coordination with implementing providers to support advocacy for sustainable funding
- Help identify and attract ongoing funds from local government and foundations/private individuals to cover the cost of the program (e.g., legislation, public agency contract, local grants)
- Collaborate with assigned business development specialist and strategy to develop state specific growth and expansion strategy
- Primary liaison at Youth Villages for all interactions between the public agency partner and Youth Villages
- Be the main point of contact for the public agency project lead
- Cultivate and maintain high quality relationships with all public agency partner staff
- Closely coordinate with other YV departments (research, clinical services, BPP) to support public agency partner project planning and implementation. As a member of the Strategic Partnerships department, must be flexible with additional job duties, including but not limited to meeting planning, proposal development, special projects, and providing support to other team members.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social service field, public health, or business administration strongly preferred
Strong ability to quickly forge trusting relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders
Attention to detail in identifying program quality issues
Sufficient understanding of Youth Villages’ programs to be able to identify and address red flags in implementation
Business acumen in launching programs and achieving sustainable program expansion strongly preferred
Positive attitude and easy to work with
