Job description

Position Summary:

As our Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building a world-class sales organization, and driving revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market segments. You’ll collaborate closely with our operations, technical, and customer teams to position DigitalRadius as the trusted Smartsheet partner and largest Smartsheet reseller.

We specialize in helping enterprises streamline their processes, boost productivity, and drive digital transformation using Smartsheet. We are also rapidly growing our Smartsheet reseller business. DigitalRadius is poised for significant global expansion and looking for a strategic sales leader to spearhead our continued growth.

Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Define and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Provide clear direction and mentorship to a high-performing sales team.
  • Market & Industry Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of collaborative work management and SaaS solutions to identify market opportunities, develop value propositions, and set go-to-market plans.
  • Channel & Partnership Growth: Cultivate strategic alliances and expand partner channels to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and key performance metrics to ensure predictable revenue growth. Implement best-in-class sales processes and methodologies.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent. Foster a results-oriented culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Executive Collaboration: Partner with the executive team on company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth strategies.

 Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of Smartsheet core and advanced applications with an ability to talk though use cases and benefits for each solution.
  • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization while operating under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

 Education/Experience: 

  • Proven Track Record: 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the SaaS industry, ideally with a focus on enterprise software or collaborative work management solutions.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, with hands-on experience selling or supporting large-scale workflow, productivity, or project management solutions.
  • Enterprise Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in building strategic relationships with Fortune 1000 clients and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • Leadership & Team Building: History of scaling and leading diverse, geographically distributed sales teams.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Adept at leveraging sales analytics to inform decision-making, refine strategies, and forecast accurately.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments. Able to drive change and foster innovation.
