How you will make an impact:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, data pipelines, and predictive models. Your outputs will be instrumental in helping the business translate data into actionable insights that support key business decisions as you work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliver impactful solutions. How You Will Make a Difference:
- Strategy & Leadership: Provide strategic advisory services to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support strategic analysis and day to day KPI measurement across the business. You will also monitor and analyze data trends and patterns to make recommendations on business direction.
- Data Integration & Management: Engage with IT, data engineers, and other departments to develop data integration from various sources into a unified BI system. You will become a subject matter expert for product, people, operations, and GTM data by understanding the data inflows and outflows across our applications and data platform.
- Data Education: Facilitate workshops and training sessions across teams at Iterable to promote BI tools and best practices while crafting curated data models to define sources of truth and to make analysis easier for stakeholders outside of BI.
We are looking for people who have:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis or automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning) is a plus.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $96,500 - $147,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
