POSITION SUMMARY:

The Global Ecommerce Technical Operations & Integrations Manager will report to the Director, Global DTC and will be focused on the backend operations and technical health of the global ecommerce platforms. The position ensures seamless integrations, data accuracy, analytics tracking, and performance optimization for all websites supporting seven brands globally.

Essential Job Function:

Website Integrations & Backend Operations:
- Manage and maintain integrations with third-party systems (e.g., inventory management, payment gateways, shipping platforms, and marketing tools).
- Support website troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and optimizing backend processes.
- Oversee data flow between ecommerce systems, ensuring accurate reporting and inventory sync.
Analytics & Tagging:
- Lead Google Analytics implementation, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring tracking accuracy across all websites.
- Manage tagging with tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) to enable detailed performance analysis.
- Provide actionable insights based on web performance data and recommend solutions for improvement.
Site Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor site speed, uptime, and backend performance, coordinating with development partners to resolve issues quickly.
- Perform routine checks for broken links, tracking errors, or data discrepancies.
Technical Enhancements & Security:
- Partner with IT or development teams to test and implement website improvements or platform updates.
- Ensure compliance with data security best practices across global websites.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Strong technical understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred) and backend operations.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other ecommerce analytics tools.
Familiarity with API integrations, third-party systems, and troubleshooting backend data flows.
Proven ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities globally.
