Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager/Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in Business Development within the staffing industry. This role offers an attractive compensation package with a base salary starting at $75,000 per year plus uncapped commission potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that meet client needs.
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a business development or account executive role within the staffing industry.
Strong understanding of staffing services, including temporary, permanent, and contract placements.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
