OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Project Manager – Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Aggregation is responsible for the implementation and project management for DCI products, especially for the EVV Extractor and related projects and coordination with partner vendors for EVV aggregation. This will include the discovery, assessment, gap analysis, configuration, and testing of software. Additionally, this role is responsible for monitoring changes to EVV requirements and timelines across the states in which DCI customers operate, and informing implementation, product, and support teams of corresponding impacts to incorporate into customer configurations and communications. Finally, this individual will also assist in some related sales and support of software.
- Responsible for leading all aspects of software implementation including discovery, assessment, gap analysis, configuration, and testing (for EVV and EVV Extractor and Aggregation products)
- Ability to manage projects successfully
- Configure the system based on the customer requirements
- Data conversion and loading into the new system for implementation
- Perform application support by monitoring and responding to support tickets
- Act as a technical resource during sales presentation
- Perform application testing as required
- Monitor state websites and communications for updates on EVV requirements and timeline and communicate this effectively and timely to DCI implementation, support, and product teams as needed
- ALL DCI employees will be vigilant to support the positive compliant cybersecurity company posture by familiarizing themselves with all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines and act accordingly
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 - 5 years of software support and implementation experience
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in project management
- Bachelors of Science preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate multiple duties simultaneously
