Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team, with a specific focus on managing and enhancing the NetSuite product suite. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the solutioning, development and evolution of our product functionalities in NetSuite, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and aligns with our broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-based ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, and a proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch.

Please note: This is a remote position, you must be based in India and are comfortable working 9-5pm EST (night shift) for this role.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the strategic roadmap of our products within NetSuite, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Collaborate with leadership, and other key stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Leverage data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Feature Definition & Requirements Gathering: Lead the creation of clear and actionable product requirements and user stories. Work closely with management to translate requirements into detailed product specifications.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, functional and tech teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Act as the key liaison between product and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle from initial ideation and design to post-launch evaluation and iteration. Monitor product performance and user feedback, implementing continuous improvement processes.

Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product features. Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning product features with customer needs and expectations.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure product success and make informed decisions. Continuously evaluate product performance using KPIs and metrics.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches. Provide support for sales teams with product knowledge, collateral, and training.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management with at least 2-3 years focused on NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of NetSuite ERP system, including modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement. Experience working with cloud-based ERP solutions. Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for enterprise software.

Product Management Skills: Strong experience in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Proficient in writing user stories, creating product roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with product analytics tools and customer feedback management.

Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and pain points and translate them into actionable product features. Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
